1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the dola4d website accessible at https://dola4d.cam, including all pages, games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player to access dola4d services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or match bonuses credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a game or sporting event via the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of account on the dola4d Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing the Platform would violate applicable local laws.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the dola4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions will be made.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of dola4d or its technology partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by our responsible gaming tools or by our compliance team.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person or entity when placing bets on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of dola4d, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Please notify us promptly of any changes by contacting customer support.
• You must create a strong, unique password for your dola4d account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• dola4d reserves the right to refuse account registration or close any existing account at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, subject to our obligation to return any remaining real-money balance.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

dola4d is required by its international operating license to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process involves the following:

4.1 Required Documents

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, color copy of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian National Identity Card) or a valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent document (issued within the last 3 months) confirming your residential address, such as a bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face, confirming that the account holder is the legitimate owner of the identification document.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification once your verification is complete. If additional information is required, our compliance team will contact you directly.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If you are unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of being requested, dola4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges, close the account, and return remaining real-money funds to the last-used deposit method following our standard fraud checks.

5. Deposits

dola4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. dola4d does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. dola4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50,000 for bank transfers; Rp 25,000 for e-wallet withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the dola4d account.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed before real-money win nings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 3 hours during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
• dola4d reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large or unusual amounts.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

dola4d regularly offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must generate Rp 1,000,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

7.2 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports bets contribute 100% of the stake toward wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Certain game types may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely — these will be listed in the specific promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Any bonus and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

dola4d employs advanced monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedged betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times, and use of automated betting systems. Where bonus abuse is detected, dola4d reserves the right to void all bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account, and report the activity to our licensing authority.

8. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the dola4d platform. Sport-specific rules and casino game rules are detailed separately within each game or betting market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. dola4d does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a verified system error on our part.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g., odds significantly out of line with the market due to a technical fault), dola4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, if one leg is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg did not exist, and the remaining legs stand.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by official draw outcomes from certified draw operators. dola4d does not influence draw outcomes in any way.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits vary by market and game type and are displayed within each betting interface.
• dola4d reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes for individual players or markets at our discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or peer-to-peer games.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to dola4d.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dola4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, betting interfaces, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of dola4d or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dola4d Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of dola4d intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dola4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any error or omission in game results or odds where such error was caused by a third-party data provider.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on any information, content, or material published on the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall dola4d's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

dola4d is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or psychological harm. Our platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set period of time.

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dola4d holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

For Indonesian players, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and prompt resolution of any disputes. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached at the customer support level, the matter will be escalated to our compliance department for formal review within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that may apply in your jurisdiction.
